Shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on order size, destination and carrier.
Please check your delivery against your invoice when it arrives.
If goods arrive damaged, missing or incorrect, contact wholesale@evrland.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Where a parcel has been damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and provide photos where possible so we can assess the issue and lodge a freight claim if required.
